This website provides an online tool to edit, fill out, sign and download PDF documents, and a library of forms. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Your documents
You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You are responsible for having the right to upload and edit them and for the accuracy of the information you enter. We store documents only to provide the service and delete unpaid drafts automatically.
3. Payments
Editing and previews are free. Clean downloads are sold as single downloads, credit packs or time passes. All purchases are one-time charges processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout.
4. Forms library
Government forms are public documents provided for convenience; always confirm you are using the latest revision with the issuing agency. Our blank templates are general starting points and are not legal, tax or financial advice.
5. No legal advice
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, or try to disrupt or bypass the service or its payment system.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
